The mission of this non-profit 501(c)(3) is to decrease and, eventually, eliminate the killing of 16,000 adoptable cats and dogs a year in Jacksonville by promoting:

1. Spay/Neuter of all possible cats and dogs
2. The support of Jacksonville Animal Care and Control and the Jacksonville Humane Society in adopting as many dogs and cats as possible.
